February Competition
The February competition will go ahead this weekend however we need to make everyone aware of the
following:
We know that many of you have not had the opportunity to ride a great deal since New Year. We
are also aware that the forecast for the weekend is not brilliant.
Taking this into account we have decided
to run the competition using only one arena for the tests (The Indoor). This means that even if the weather is poor
on Saturday you will have all of the outdoor to use in order to warm up. This should benefit quite a few who have not
had much opportunity to work much recently. It also means that if by any chance the outdoor is frozen (although it should
not be affected even if temperatures drop) then the competition will still go ahead as planned.
This does mean
however, that the waiting time between tests will be much longer than usual.
I hope you all understand why we have
felt the need to do this but we are trying to make sure that the competition will run - No matter what!!!!

I would really appreciate it if anyone who is unable to attend could
let us know in advance of the time you are due to ride your test.
Could everyone please let myself or Sheena or Kim know that you have arrived
at the venue. Any latecomers may not be able to take their tests as we have no
spare time slots so please try and reach Holmeside Hall in plenty of time. You
must be able to ride at your allotted time. If the competition is running late
- which is always possible then I apologise in advance but we will be
endeavouring to keep things moving to time in order to minimise any waiting.
